MY FAVORITE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE RECIPE SO FAR!!

"Crisp edges, chewy middle"

1cup butter, softened
1cup white sugar
1cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
2tsp vanilla extract
3cups all-purpose flour
1tsp baking soda
2tsp hot water
1/2tsp salt
2cups semisweet chocolate chips
1cup chopped walnuts

Use real butter and real vanilla and it will make all the difference in the world.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Cream together the butter, white sugar, and bbrown sugar until smooth. Beaet in the eggs one at a time, then stir in te vanilla. Dissolve baking soda in hot water. Add to batter along with salt. Stire in flour, chocolate chips, and nuts. Drop by large spoonfuls ionto ungreased pans.
Bake for about 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until edges are nicely browned.

LOVE THIS RECIPE. If you have had a problem making good chocolate chip cookies in the past, be sure to follow the directions carefully and it will make all the difference.
